Shipping policy
All standard domestic orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and may require a signature upon receipt of the goods. We charge flat rates per address, depending on the delivery method and total weight of order. Rates (incl. VAT) are as follows:

We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver your parcel the next working day but please be aware this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
During seasonal peaks please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched on your designated service. If you require any further information on this, please contact our Customer Care team. Your order may be split into separate packages.
COLLECT IN STORE
We offer a Collect in Store option at our checkout page. Once your payment is processed and your order is ready to collect, we will send you a 'Ready for Collection' email. Collect in store orders are usually ready within 2 hours.
