Brooks Lady Glycerin Flex

The Brooks Glycerin Flex Running Shoes are designed to move with you. This model blends plush cushioning with innovative flex zones to deliver natural motion, without compromising comfort.

Underfoot Feel

The main talking point in the midsole is the asymmetrical flex groove, as this groove allows the shoe to move with your foot - rather than restricting it. 

This is coupled with deep forefoot flex grooves that help the foot move naturally through toe-off. 

While the midsole is designed to let your foot do more work, it still offers support. A raised medial sidewall and wide base nets (at the heel and forefoot) supports your foot. The heel shape and bridged rubber over the medial forefoot pods also improves the inherent stability of the midsole.

Importantly, the Brooks Glycerin Flex Running Shoes offer lots of underfoot cushioning. Premium DNA Tuned cushioning delivers plush landings and responsive toe-offs

Upper Construction

Featuring a one-piece flat-knit upper, the fit should feel secure and adaptive. A heel counter and internal foam also improves the security of the fit.

The stretchy tongue and collar should accommodate different foot shapes.
