Enhancing the stability of the shoe, the improved 3.5T outsole helps to maintain cushioning throughout your stride, reducing impact while ensuring a smooth heel-to-toe transition. The generous volume of the toe box further enhances the heel-to-toe transition by giving your toes room to splay when they strike the ground, providing greater base stability and enabling a straighter toe off as part of the natural gait cycle. 

The midsole Engage° Foam promises sustainable comfort, however long your run, thanks to its structural integrity, high energy return and secure underfoot feel. Kairos 3 balances protection with running efficiency as the improved midfoot structure and enhanced heel shock absorption work together to support you mile after mile. The breathable mesh upper – made with 56% recycled materials – provides a secure fit as well as improved airflow, completing the all-round comfort provided by the shoe.
